We are delighted to announce that TIEG Consortium has been awarded a new contract in Tanzania.
Tanzania and the EU have a strong and multi-faceted partnership that covers various areas in the social, economic and political fields. Under the 2021-2027 Multi-Annual Financial Framework (mid-term review in 2024), EU’s partnership with Tanzania is structured according to three priority areas of cooperation i) Green deals; ii) Human capital and employment and; iii) Governance.
The EU is a key development partner for Tanzania, providing support for its sustainable and inclusive growth, democratic governance and regional integration. The aim of this project is to position the EU as a strategic and reliable partner of Tanzania among key target groups and partners.
Our team of experts will be providing support to the EUD in Tanzania with the communication and visibility activities with the objective to achieve the following outcomes:
- Awareness raising, understanding and perception of the EU is increased among the target audiences (strategic communication)
- Long-term engagement and partnerships with key stakeholders, including influencers and multipliers, are strengthened (public diplomacy)
The work will start in January 2024 and is expected to be finalised in January 2025.
