The global objective of this contract was to further strengthen the administrative and managerial capacity of the Decentralized Management structure for the management of the EU financial aid to the Republic of Serbia to effectively and efficiently manage EU funded infrastructural projects.
The specific objective of this contract was to improve capacity of the Department for Contracting and Financing of the EU Funded Programmes, of the Serbian Ministry of Finance (CFCU), to award contracts, manage and monitor implementation and duly address outstanding legal and procedural issues arising in the course of preparation and implementation of infrastructural IPA 2013, 2014, 2015 and possibly 2017 projects managed under indirect management mode.
