We are pleased to announce that TIEG will be undertaking a new project in Benin providing support to the Beninese Electric Energy Company (SBEE) throughout the implantation preparation phase of ProMEDRE as a priority investment programme by delivering the necessary studies prior to the works to be carried out in the project area.
The services provided by our three experts and a pool of non-key experts include drafting a proposal for cartographic presentation of the concerned project areas and (i) identify and study the areas with high potential for social and economic development, (ii) visualize and accurately monitor the proposed lines routing, and, (iii) identify the associated environmental and social issues, all by using the SBEE Geographic Information System (GIS) catalogue to facilitate the integration in their network routes.
The mission started in November 2023 and has a duration of 9 months.
