C&M is delighted to announce that our team will be supporting the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Kazakhstan in the organisation of a complex series of conferences and other events with the aim to raise awareness and enhance visibility of the EU’s engagement, policies and programmes in Central Asia, Middle East and the Gulf region, Afghanistan. The events will be focused on promoting EU governmental, business and people-to-people contacts with partner countries in the context of implementing international partnerships, development cooperation and Global Gateway.
The team of three experts will be providing support to the participation of the International Fund for saving the Aral Sea (IFAS) and Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC) representatives at international events. Two high-level conferences are planned, including the EU-Central Asia Economic Forum in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in 2025. Conferences will indicatively bring together up to 500 participants each day. In line with the EU’s strategic agenda, a number of regional workshops and study tours on different topics are planned.
The contract duration is 24 months. The planning of the activities began in September 2023 and the first event in this framework will take place in October 2023.
