The European Union aims to support the Ukrainian authorities in introducing European best practices in infrastructure management, with regard to the prioritising, planning, contracting, implementing, supervising and maintenance of transport infrastructure.
The Intervention to be subject of the evaluation is part of a concentrated effort to facilitate and promote reform in the transport infrastructure cycle management that would result in a reliable, transparent and accountable process of transport infrastructure management.
The main objectives of this evaluation are to provide the relevant services of the European Union and the interested stakeholders with:
– an overall independent assessment of the past performance of the Intervention in reference, paying particular attention to its intermediate results measured against its expected objectives;
– key lessons learned and recommendations in order to improve future Interventions.
The 4 months project is starting in February 2022 and ends in May 2022.
