The EU is an important partner for Azerbaijan, both in the economic and in the cultural sphere. In this sense, Euro Village has a special symbolic meaning, as it promotes peace and co-operation, and it also highlights how the EU is working with Azerbaijan for a better future.
Euro Village is one day large-scale outdoor public event usually taking place on Europe Day each year targeting the general population of Azerbaijan. EuroVillage 2025 took place on 22 June and showcased the EU, EU Member States and EU funded projects, as well as the European culture and traditions. The target audience of the event was the general public with a specific emphasis on youth, students, teachers and families with children.
