Expected salary in a range of 1,500 – 3,000 EUR, based in Stupava or working remotely
Your main responsibilities will cover:
- Lead the tender recruitment process
- Advertise open position on social media,
- Prepare evaluation grids and conduct the evaluation of experts
- Search and select the experts against the defined criteria
- Prepare and tailor CVs of experts
- Prepare list of experts and experts pen portraits for specific offers
- Collect supporting documents of experts such as diplomas, work certificates, etc.
- Conduct a thorough due diligence process of the experts
- Record experts’ details on company Database
- Maintain Database of experts up-to-date
- Maintain regular communication with experts
Requirements and language skills
- University degree or equivalent of 5 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience related to the recruitment or EC Framework contracts
- Demonstrated ability in understanding the project requirements
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably native level of English, French or Spanish
