Organisation of a side event to present “Team Europe Initiative on Water, Energy and Climate Change in Central Asia” at
COP28 IN DUBAI, UAE, NOV/DEC 2023
The EU Delegation to Kazakhstan requested NOOKOM/C&M to organise a side event at COP28 in Dubai, UAE, happening from 3 November to 12 December 2023. The purpose of the side event was to present “Team Europe Initiative on Water, Energy and Climate Change in Central Asia” (“TEI WEC”).
NOOKOM/C&M was also requested to support one representative of civil society and one representative of youth from the Central Asian region to attend this side event on 5 December 2023 and other events at COP28.
The objective of the assignment was:
- to arrange the logistics of the side-event for 40 persons inside the Central Asia Pavilion at COP28 on 5 December 2023, and
- to assist the two sponsored participants to facilitate their intervention in the panel discussion during this side event.
