We are proud to announce that in the two forthcoming years 2023 and 2024 C&M/NOOKOM EEIG will provide specialised services to support the organisation and implementation of 4 IPA coordination meetings in Brussels, Belgium and Belgrade, Serbia. C&M is pleased to assist the European Commission to facilitate progress in key areas of needed reforms required by the Western Balkans and Turkey to comply with Union values.
The specific objective of the IPA Coordination meetings 2023-2024 is a progressive alignment of IPA III beneficiaries with EU legislation and improvement of working methods in line with EU standards reached, enriched EU-relevant IPA III beneficiary political and policy dialogue and strengthened coordination of institutions.
Prepared in partnership with the beneficiaries, IPA III sets a new framework for providing pre- accession assistance for the period 2021-2027. IPA III targets reforms within the framework of pre-defined sectors covering areas closely linked to the enlargement strategy, such as democracy and governance, rule of law or growth and competitiveness. IPA III also provides direct financial support to the Implementation of the Economic and Investment Plan and the Green Agenda for the Western Balkans, assisting therefore the countries with sustainable and green social and economic recovery and growth in line with the European Commission priorities for the medium-term expenditure framework 2021-2027.
The project will be managed by C&M’s team consisting of Contract Manager and Event Coordinator with the kick-off meeting planned for mid-January.
