A 1-day seminar, which was held in the form of a plenary session, brought together about 100 civil society attendees, including representatives from EU institutions, official representatives of Tajikistan, MS representatives, as well as development partners and international organizations. On the following day, a Women’s Forum with the presence of up to 400 participants was organized also within this project.
For this project, NOOKOM was entrusted with arrangement of travel tickets, visas, payment of daily allowances, production of badges and conference kits, hiring of moderators and a team of hostesses/stewards, interpreters and translators, note takers, and photographers, and also ensuring the payment of the speakers’ fees, as well as controlling the arrangement of hotel reservations and payment, conference room and equipment hire, registration, local transportation, catering, and printing. Besides that, NOOKOM ensured financial covering of the second day which was organized by the local organization “IDEA”.
